Katie L. Grote, M.A.

Katie Grote is a certified audiologist and a licensed dispenser of hearing aids. She specializes in advanced diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings for adults. Katie has been with Spokane Valley Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastics since 2002. She enjoys making a difference in patients’ lives through better hearing and an improved quality of life. When away from audiology, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Her family has a love for the outdoors. They enjoy boating, camping and hiking.

Christine Hanson, Au.D.

Dr. Christine Hanson is a certified and licensed audiologist. She has a strong background in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, along with fitting and verification of amplification for adult and pediatric patients. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients, but has a passion for pediatric audiology, and loves helping families navigate the complexities of having a child with hearing loss, from diagnosis to intervention. When not practicing audiology, Christine enjoys playing roller derby, hiking, and knitting.

Wendy Spangler, Au.D.

Dr. Wendy Spangler is a certified and licensed audiologist who has practiced since 1995. Wendy has a strong background in hearing aid fitting and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages. She has performed electrophysiological evaluations, including auditory brainstem evaluations and electronystagmography.

Wendy enjoys downhill skiing, bicycling, hiking, swimming, reading and spending time with her family.
